Anyone else having attacks on Christmas?

Getting ready to go to my sisters to open presents and I had a mild attack. Or am having. I feel terrible but I'm not trying to let it ruin my holidays.
Am I the only one?

I don't have menieres, but vertigo I do! And yes, we've been nonstop for 3 days with activity and company. I've been sure to excuse myself and lay down, let others do the work when I start spinning, and have taken meds reg, maybe more so than regularly. Don't be afraid to be honest when you have to excuse yourself from helping or need to breakaway for a quick rest. Be true to yourself. Merry Christmas!

We to have been flat out. It was thought I suffer from meniaires but my in specialist said he Is sure I'm having severe migraine attacks. I was put on medication that has worked very well. I have had fair bit to drink today and wonder if I will suffer tomorrow but feel I must live life as much as possible within reason and not let your conditions get you down.

I think I have both actually. I can't tell anymore lol
Yes, we have to live our lives in spite of this! I was going to have one but decided not to since I'm already feeling crummy. Have one for me! Happy Holidays!

Yes it's the time of year where all the food has lots of salt in it and stress is high. . All the things that can trigger an attack. My ear is ringing and feeling fuller then usual. Trying to watch my salt.

Makes sense! I had some ham earlier I think that's what set me off. That and I was listening to some music in my headphones.
Hope it doesn't act up for you!

No! You are not. Valium will help the anxiety you're probably feeling and will calm you and maybe even stop any episode.
