Ventricular fibrillation

I was diagnosed with VF in 2010, it's normally quite unnoticeable, I only feel flutters once or twice a week, but today I am getting them every 30 seconds or so. It's been like that all day. Should I be concerned?

    I would be very concerned if it happens so frequently. You should see the specialist or if you have serious symptoms go to the er.

    Doc if available otherwise dont hesitate to go to ER/A&E....they would sooner check you out rather than you have to go in an emergency.....I do...

    my husband a heart attack also cardiac aresst .under 15 .we have been lucky .get checked out .dont leave to chance

    I couldn't help but respond to your question, but first I'll point one thing out that I

    think you overlooked.  You don't have VF (ventricular fibrillation) you have AF(atrial

    fibrillation)  From what I've been told VF turns deadly fairly quickly if a shock is

    not given to the heart. I know people who have internal cardiac defibrillators for that

    very condition.  Atrial fibrillation has it's own set of morbidities associated with it, like strokes or pulmonary embolisms, and it comes and goes just like you mentioned, but it is not VF.  I hope I've helped to clear this up for you.
