Intracranial Aneurysm brain surgery and followed with Paroxtine 20 mg

In 2007, I had a major brain surgery on the ruptured Intracranial aneurysm and I recovered at a slow process gradually in  Sri Lanka.  Subsequently, my settlement in Australia in 2011 influenced me for an excellent medical attention for my depression, anxiety, hypertension, PTSD, HBO and diabetic.  I was under the medication of 20mg Paroxetine, Diaformin, Coversyl and Noten for the past 5-6 years.  Now due to my anger management, tensed up the mood, over workload I've been prescribed Paroxetine 40mg.  What are the better features, benefits and better lifestyle that I can experience?  For your advice and experience, please.  Elmo
