    Hi, feeling for you.

Yes I think Tiberlone greatly assists the debilitating symptoms of Menopause that the holistic approach, and other HRT failed me.

Once you reduce the physical ailments, the mental health issues subside allowing you to soldier on a lot better. I even looked into mindfulness meditation and tapping, breathing you name it, all things I would have scoffed at in my younger days. (These helped too)

A combination of good diet, exercise and sleep adds to feeling better, so try to make each of these things a priority.

It did take a while before I could confidently waltz out the door to work or social ocassions once again, still have the odd day I feel anxious, but they are far fewer.

Keep your mind busy, listen to blogs, discussions good music, things that interest you. Start with say 5 mini changes, less sugar or more vegies, once doing them add 5 (or even 1) more, dont try to do it all at once and most of all be kind to yourself.

Assuming Buster is a canine, spoil him with walks, wear headphones so you dont have to talk to anyone until your are comfortable, smile at people that is enough, it will make you feel better too.

Keep us posted, but do go for the Tiberlone, it is my saviour.

Wishing you much success with Tiberlone.

I am 54, and tried 3 or so HRT before Tiberlone turned it all around for me. Can be pricey but I claim it back from my health find which helps.

    Warm wishes,

Ah that's nice to hear Shirley. When did you notice that you could socialise easier ?

I'm fine at work most of the time it's just when I'm in an environment talking face to face I notice it and now when I'm invited anywhere I just feel dread, this is just since peri, before that you couldn't keep me in ! X

Hi, I am on my second month after various other hrts and do think it helps though I also take Citalopram. I used to have awful pmt before surgical menopause so was worried that Tibolone may make moods/anxiety worse but so far I am feeling better.

    Good luck.
