Pain Below Right Ribs (No accurate diagnosis)

So since early August (last yaer) I started to have a feeling as If someone was blowing a balloon below my right Rib. I had symptoms: Fever, Fatigue, indigestion, heartburn and bad pain right shoulder.

Ok, I went to GP and did a blood test which was normal. He decided to continue on testing Urine and blood. Blood test was on Full blood count, liver function, pancreases and on two occasion for H.Pylori (total of 4 tests). Result was non. Urine test was Normal but once out of 3 tests he said there is tiny amount of blood (microscopic) which can be normal due to Paracetamol and fever.

Anyways,i was sent for ultrasound of whole abdomen and result was “everything normal”  

I got referred to a specialist. By the time I went to see the Gastro specialist my symptoms faded away and everything returned to normal (After 2 month) but soon I realised I am heavily constipated. I had to go bathroom 2-3 times a day to have a complete bowl by 3rd time . Strained hard and only small pallets. sometimes I had weird hunger pains in upper right side and sometimes mild pains in lower side of abdonem areas (it was gone after bowl movement/passing gass). 

Anyhow, Gastro Doc said it’s a possible Cholecystits where my gallbladder basically has no stones but either its sandy mixed with water or its just malfunctioning/chronically inflamed. He asked me go with Metamucil for 2 week and avoid oily food which actually helped my yellow hard bowls to back to normal smooth brown ones however there was red/pinky jelly in them which He said It looks like Oranage Metamucil traces not blood (from a picture). And he did not want to further investigation. I had once blood in my stool (pretty sure it was) . He did stool test and no blood was detected so he say it may be tears or haemorrhoids due to constipation.  

Anyways im waiting to have my HIDA scan done in 2 weeks and see how it turns out. So far its been a stressful journey. Btw im 24, very fit n has been earing veggies since I was a kid on daily basis.

I had lost some weight but i gained now and for some reason I am more hungry than i used to be but im also gaining weight. idk wats exactly wrong here but both of doctors believe its my Gallbladder.

Any1 dealt with similar things or has any info ? :P

IDK where to get info cuz once I search google it comes up stomach/bowl cancer … which is terrifying.
