You had Botix and surgery ? I had surgery Dec. 30th. Just had a checkup today. I have had no residual problems. I have heard that if you have leakage it should go away with time. Not sure what you mean by heat ? Fissures are the worse. I feel fir you. Hope you feel better soon.

    Hi Edmund,

So sorry mate that you are going through this awful pain, im never rude but can i suggest that you do not cycle for a long time, my own thought that this may not be helping you.

Have you read my feedback on here, please get back to me.

Gave up cycling for a while didnt help much but when Im working on biulding site sometimes feel better as my mind is other wise engaged

I'm a running / cycling athlete too and I'm begining to think that cycling and exercise could actually be bad for the fissure - because exercise is putting blood into your legs and elsewhere, taking it away from the fissure healing. Also exercise can rub and irretate the fissure. I had the cut after having the botox injection twice and five months after the cut still struggling, begining to think that all the running and cycling has been playing a factor.

I would rest and no exert yourself. Give your body time to heal. Like I said my surgery was Dec. 30th and I am on the mend. Good luck

      Hi Marcushe,

Yes i think your right dont do so much excercise perhaps you need to slow down a little Common Sense i guess eh.

I have totally changed my lifestyle because you have too, .yes i get the occasional bad day, but now i can control my own situation.

My thinking now is still i can Walk, See and Hear.

Dont have a lot of hope of getting better as I have tries every thing botox operation lost weight five stone dont drink or smoke now eats healthy food so what more can I do uses all the creams that on the market

Don't give up hope something will work for you as I said I tried all the creams and everything and nothing worked for me . Surgery was the only thing that worked for me both times and I am very grateful that I've had no residual effects . My biggest fear is getting another Fissure it is just terrifying to me because no one understands the excruciating pain you're in it destroys your life
