HPV genital warts ?

Hi, thank you for reviewing and answering my question.

Recently i found a rough patch of skin on the tip of my penis glan beside the meatus or lips of the penis. 

It feels rough to the touch.. 

I have went to the doctor for consultation, but she was shy to look at it properly and just said it was nothing serious. She prescribed me with aqueous cream.

So, after going through online i am starting to get paranoid that i have HPV genital warts.. I only had 1 protected sex before and that was 7 months ago. I also did test for HIV, hep B and Herpes which all came back negative. 

Please help me to take a look at it.

    i forgot to mention that, it does not hurt, itch or anything.

    Its just there, like a raise line.

    If it wasn't there before, then it does look like it could be a wart.  I'm surprised your doctor didn't examine it properly.  I'd get a second opinion if I were you.

    You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

    If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.
