Ringing in leafy ear, head pressure and sinus pressure

I had a head injury in August of last year and now I'm having ringing in my left ear, pressure and one nostril is intermittently stopped up. I also notice a lot of drainage from my ears and nose. I'm wondering if I have an infection. I see an ENT on Monday. I'm worried

      Clear drainage coming from my nose with a odd smell. My ear keeps ringing and I'm having pressure. I also had a head injury 8 months ago.
