How do you mean? Ever since I had children I had a problem of being too big down there and to tell you the truth, kegels never worked. I had my op in October and I can totally tell that they work now. Not sure what exactly you mean though

Childbirth doesn't actually damage the walls of the vagina Buster.

Hi buster is it not the ligaments that criss cross the pelvic floor that get stretched and weakened sometimes due to pregnancy and carrying child.

I know that I felt like I was being blown up and deflated like a balloon every time and although I almost immediately went back to normal very quickly after first three (I was very young and straight back into normal size clothes), by the time I had my younger kids I was much older and was left with hanging spongy lower abdomen, felt like over used elastic bands that were over stretched and lost elasticity.

Have had to work really hard to keep pelvic muscles well toned now.

    Phyl x
