Hi all, I had the Novasure done a few years ago,does anyone have any experiences of fibroid pain being dormant then starting again after a long time,it's odd I have the sensation of a ball of pain just to the right of my belly button

I thought having ablation done killed the fibroids, the pain beside my belly button I could draw a line around it,it is in such a definitive area,it feels like the size of a tennis ball but when I lie down and press there to feel for lumps I can't find one,sometimes there is a stinging sensation in that area too,I also get a lot of lower back pain. Does this sound similar to you

I thought so too. I dont think i can have an ablation as the size of my fibroid is too big. Did thry not scan you a few months after your procedure & confirm that it was gone? I'd ask for an MRI from your gtnie if I was you. I do have a nagging pain that comes & goes to the right side of my tummy button. I have a lot of pain lower back but I know I have a massive fibroid & its just been growing & growing over the last 10 years. x
