I have been addicted to masturbation last 20 years

I have been addicted to masturbation last 20 years. I masturbate daily average of 2 and sometimes 5 - 6 times a day. I am getting married soon i fear whether i ll have kids since i have emptied my spermsdue to addictive masturbation.

Kindly advice any ways to revive . Do i need to get my sperm counts tested.

    Sperms are not emptied by masturbation everyday, because they are made regulrly but less if your in senior years
