I had a cataract op about 3 months ago but I am still getting blurred vision when I do close up work such as knitting or sewing. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you talking about doing close up work when using readers? Or did you get a premium IOL to provide more near vision? (which you'd know since its paid for out of pocket, not covered by insurance or government) Or did you get your eye set for near rather than distance, or monovision? If you just got the standard monofocal lens set for distance, then the expectation is that you will need readers (or bifocals or varifocals/progressives) to see close up.
