3/4 cup prune juice
1 cup applesauce
1 cup unprocessed wheat bran

Hello, that sounds rather good but unfortunately I suffer the opposite symptoms,so can't touch anything to do with fibre and seem to be on a permanent soft food diet.hope things go well for you.Does anybody eat porridge on a soft food diet🤗

Hello,yes I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis,but seem to suffer with diarrhoea instead of constipation,,not sure how much longer for ,saw doctor yesterday and told me to carry on for a little bit longer,but it's not to bad just looking for different things to try !!
