Swollen left testicle

Had the op a week ago now all good until 3 days after when my left testicle started to swell. By Monday it was three times the size of my right. Visit to Gp and told hematoma given antibiotics and off I went. Next couple of days it increased again size as did the pain. Another GP and trip up the hospital for an ultrasound. Showed nothing but swelling. Told to take ibuprofen and off I went. The pain is constant it doesn't change and I swear it's getting bigger again. Giving it until Monday unless it gets worse. Has anyone any experience? Cheers guys

    Same here. Ended up off work for a month. I won't go into specifics but ended up with PVPS and still have it 4 years later. Expect upto a month off work. I was on serious pain killers. Massively swollen.

    I can't recommend it or and male or female sterilisation. Esure is very bad for side effects.

      Cheers mate. It's currently the size of a golf ball and I think getting bigger! Scan showed nothing but swelling but I'm not convinced. Did you ever get a reply as to what it was?
