Hi Mel. Hope you had a good Christmas and happy new year to you!

It sounds like it to me, I have same problem. My left leg is 1cm shorter than my right leg. So my left side is shorter.

It does sound like you have s similar problem to me. My scoliosis is right st the base of my spine. Which can cause me no end of hell!

Headaches are really like migraines, it's all connected to the neck and head.

I get really bad problems with my body at times. I can be sitting down and then my back just locks! It goes into muscle spasm.

I've had an MRI scan last year. I didn't relish that one bit!

But at least after all these years, they discovered what my back problem is..

Anyway you can ask away if you feel you need to take care God bless you 😀Liz..

Hi....  It looks to me like you may have a mild scoliosis.  If you're having back pain, you should try to be seen by a specialist who can do full spine radiographs.

Hi, You definitely have all the classic signs of scoliosis. Remeber it generally worsens over time so I would get it checked out. It looks mild so anything under 40-50 degrees of the curve. Dependig on your age to is something taken into account. Get it looked at sooner rather than later. Best Wishes.

Hi Mel, to me it looks and sounds as if you have the classic signs of mild scoliosis - adolescent scoliosis is rarely accompanied by pain, however with adult scoliosis pain is a more common complaint so keep an eye out for that.

As you are an adult (and therefore have reached spinal maturity), the likeliness of your curve progressing is slim, however it is possible so if I were you, I'd keep an eye on it and if it looks like it is getting any worse then have a word with your doctor and he/she can order some quick x-rays to double check that everything is normal and confirm the scoliosis diagnosis.

I hope this helps! Feel free to message me with any questions you may have,

    Izzie x
