De Quervain's Tendinitis - Help!

It's been more than 2 years since I was diagnosed. It's only on my right wrist and unfortunately, I am right-handed. I've had at least 2 steroid injections every year for the past 2 years and now it's getting worse. I am constantly in pain, the inflammation never seem to stop unless I take a course of Prednisone for a week. Sometimes I take diclofenac or Arcosia with tramadol but it only last for a couple of hours. I have a demanding job in a busy office which requires lots of computer work all day long.
I have also tried TCM, acupuncture, omega 3, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3 (regularly), Magnesium but nothing seems to help.
My pain level is 7 to 8, I cannot function as in, unable to do simple tasks . I get very aggitated and cannot sleep at night.
I also have Raynauds syndrome on both hands.

Hi there sorry I know this post was over a year ago. But just wondering how did you go after the surgery? Has the pain completely gone away and did you need further treatments after that? Did you take any supplements/vitamins to help recovery? I was diagnosed a year ago after I had my son and had 2 injections already. Pain hasn't completely gone away. Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for asking. Surgery went well and since then nothing more than the ocasional twinge especialy after intensive hand use or heavy lifting. Still sore sometimes but no painkillers needed and if I get a twinge I do the usual medical of grabing my thumb with the other hand and pushing it down for a few seconds and it feels better. (I don't know if this is recomended or not but it works for me!) Any further queries i will try to help. Roy
