Does anybody else get these break outs on there legs and thughs only?

I am 23 and about 4 years ago I got my first lesion and maybe one or two every year after that but now I seem to be getting a new one almost weekly

They're all mostly on my legs and thighs and I'm full of scars

I try to drain them as much as possible and keep clean and moisturize as well

I'm a construction worker I don't know if that factors in

I also moved from hot dry climate to Washington last July

Which is around the time they started acting up more and more

Is there anything I can do to make them stop? Or at least go away for a while?

What hypercat said for sure. You need to see a specialist to deal with these. It is highly recommended to wear loose fit clothing that minimizes any rubbing or friction. Sweating also causes irritation. I imagine in the line of work you are in, this may be difficult or impossible.

Mine started on my inner thighs as well and also moved to my stomach, armpits and under my breasts. Sometimes secondary infections can occur such as a staff infection, hence the need for antibiotics. I have had these for over 20 years and only had one staff infection. I have also had surgeries to remove the cysts and damaged tissue surrounding the area. My latest one they told me they had to go pretty far down and remove damaged flesh that was "spongy" and looked like liver tissue.

So, get a doctor for sure and ask anybody with knowledge lots of questions. You will see that everyone's experience slightly differs, but are very similar as well.

Things that have been successful for others that I have researched so far include:

      1. Diet: For many this disease is triggered by certain foods. For example, a lot of people with this disease are allergic to nightshades. I truly believe the ones that have been successful with this are on a VERY strict diet. I think most that have failed the nightshade free diet is because they were not eliminating all nightshades. Not on purpose, but because it is in almost all processed foods. ( which is almost everything in the store ) Here in the U.S. almost everything has some form of Potatoe derived additive in it. (Potato being a nightshade) I researched a lot and attempted the diet myself. I did it for over 2 months and all of my cysts started drying up and going away! I fell off the diet and am having problems again.

      2. Permanent hair removal: I haven't had this done, but I'm reading positive things about it.

      3. Medications: I don't know much in this area as from what I have read, none of them REALLY work. Maybe someone else has has a different experience and could give you better information on that.

Hope this helps somehow. God Bless!

Hi the best thing to do is go to the doctors when you have one and get some antibiotics.

If you drain them yourself you are causing more damage to the deeper levels of skin and more scarring.

Mine started on my inner thighs and now have spread to my stomach.  You need to see a dermatologise and get aggressive treatment to stop them spreading.   Once they have spread your treatment options are more limited.  x
