does anyone have dry flishes?

Hi ladies just need to know I'm not alone...just seem.to get a woosh of enery yo my brain that makes me geel spaced out and wrird....

    Yes so do I it comes without warning makes me feel like I'm going to pass out..... I use to go into a total panic when it happened but nw I deep breathe seems to help.... so sure ita all related to hormones Good luck

    Hi there, im the same in fact I posted here about it a few weeks back. It's horrible and makes you feel like just dropping to the floor wherever you are, I get it loads x

      I've been getting hot but no sweat it's weird like one min I'd feel a hot patch on my back then the next my stomach then my arm have any of you experience this
