Yesterday in the afternoon i started feeling some pain in my top right side of my head, unlike any headache I've ever had before. It varies in intensity, it can be very painful and it can be completely painless, though I can feel that it's still there. occacionally it can be completely gone and I even forget that i had it, then it creeps back up. When I woke up today I thought it was gone, then a couple of hours later it came back.
Like i said I have never experienced this type of headache before, I know that is a sign it might be something serious, but i don't want to overreact either. anyone knows what this could be, and anything I can do to treat it?
I eat and drink well, get fair share of exercise, have been a bit stressed lately, but I've been more stressed before without feeling anything like this. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

FYI I haven't experienced any other symptoms, no loss of vision, dizziness or anything like that.

for the most part it's an annoyance. The intensity varies, usually its around a 3-4, but it gets worse a as the day goes on and when I try to go to bed it can get around 6-7, but it's not a constant headache, sometimes it can be completely gone for like an hour or more.
I've had it for over 2 days now and that's longer than I've had any headache before, and it's different from any headache I've had before, but I don't want to overreact either.
