Hi,I'm back again...

I've been feeling so sick! Migraines, nausea, eye vision is foggy, sometimes double vision, neck, shoulder, arm, hands, leg,it all aches..I have to force myself to eat cause I feel like I wanna throw up,I have health anxiety & im constantly worried & crying...I am on medication, this week will be 6 weeks on it...but even though the doctors reassure me that my heart is healthy,Im still worried and this is making me feel like a big mess,I just want to be laying down hiding under my blankets,it is so scary!!What worries me is that I have a low resting heartrate in the high 40's & 50's...I've had xrays, bloodwork & lots of ekg's done & they all say im fine...I've also read that sometimes when you have anxiety sometimes you can get a low resting heartrate!!!But it's like who do I believe, the doctors?Stuff I read? There's always different answers and it makes me so confused!!!! That's part of having health anxiety...feeling confused all the damn time!!& this really Messes with people when we have anxiety...I just want to feel better and be positive, but it's sooooooo hard!!I'm just wandering how many of yall are feeling like this right now & is there anybody from houston,tx on here??

Are you on any antidepressents?  I feel an antidepressent helps me not be so panicky all the time..and not so obsessed with what is going on in my body.

Migraines are horrible thou and REAL!

Yes, you are not alone. Take vitamin D and see if your b12 levels are okay. If you can do some kind of cardio so everything is moving and flowing inside you.
