Since you are posting this in the Reflux Oesophagitis area, can you give us more of your history?  Any medical diagnosis?  Any previous treatment?  Endoscopy?

i did endoscopy and gallbaddlers removal surgery but and i did blood test also . they said everything it's normal . so do you think they can detect any serious problem from blood test or endoscopy with my problem right now ?

I have not personally had this condition.  But other people here in the forums have mentioned that they had it.  I was hoping someone who had overcome the issue would respond.  Did the endoscopy show that every thing is normal?  Were you checked for Hiatus hernia?  If you chew gum do you have difficulty swallowing on a regular basis or does it work okay when chewing gum?

a thyroid nodule "could" cause similar symptoms BUT with "dizzy" ???..a guess would be "medication or the withdrawal of". when did this pressure begin? and was it suddenly or gradully? what other disorders , if any do you have? and why was your gall bladder removed? are you taking any meds, herbals, or supplements ? a suggestion, if you are using peanut oil, avoid for a week.

Your reply to Johnathan re endoscopy results:...."mild gastric"...do you mean "gastritis"? mild inflammation of the stomach lining?

I will try and make more clear my question/s...

      1. When did you begin to suffer this neck sensation?..meaning...after an event..such as a heavy meal...illness/medications, swimming...surgery...or simply "what do you think "might" have caused this condition?

      2. Mild Gastritis is often treated with "anti secretory" medications...such as "anti acids...PPI's...h2 blockers etc....do you take any medications?

      3. why was your gall bladder removed?  this "could" be important.

      4. where do you live?  in what country?

Fung ..take note:  my wife "Chinese from Hubei province"...had simiiar (not exact) symptoms....she was initially diagnosed with "Atrophic Gastritis" (buo hao, pre Cancer)...we managed over a period of 4 years to put her into remission (cure?) but we had  many related problems...such as gall bladder, voice, cough....sometime breathing difficulties weight losss from 122lbs to 96lbs......Since late 2014..she is "fine" no current issues...weight 104.bs. We have excellent Medical Dr's , local GP dr Quest, specialists (Jia, Li, Liu, and Cheng. Most associated with either the Palo Alto Medical Foundation or the Silicon Valley Hospital in Mt. View California.

Please try and answer the 4 questions...best you can...Claudio

      Thanks you for your concern

1 : i felt this symptoms since 4 months ago but just come and go but i am feeling worst after my gallbaddlers surgery but i don't think it is cause by surgery the nurse said it might be acid reflux but now i am suffering this sensation all day long .

2 : i am taking ppi medication to control my acid reflux

3 : the reason that i did a surgery for gallbaddlers removal because they did ultrasound and see there's gallstone there so my GP ask me to do it 4:i am living in oakland in california

i am waiting for another ultrasound to scan my thyroid on 6/19 to see what is going on . and i am not sure if i can wait that long or i just go directly to ER so suffering now . Thanks

Heave you had a medical scan done yet, such as an (MRI)?  If you have not, and you feel like you need to go to the ER, I would suggest that you request it be done.  The could be an unknown growth or organ pushing against the esophagus.

I've sent you a PM (private message)

I do not know "when" you will receive it since I've received your message at 5 30am today that you apparently sent yesterday.

if you do not want to wait for the ultra sound scheduled by your provider...you can yet today Saturday go to InView in Fremont (on Paseo Padre.... there is a BART station on Paseo Padre just don't know exactly where). The last Ultrasound (2014) for a lower abdominal scan was paid out of pocket via Credit Card, the fee was  $225.. patient received the CD of  the procedure without a cost...copy and result report was sent electronically to patient's dr.

      InView, 39465 Paseo Padre Prkway #1000  First floor…510 490 0961

The main thing is, we can only make minor suggestions.  This issue could be a very serious.  There are a number of serious conditiions that can cause this problem.  Even if it is only caused by out of sync esophageal muscle contractions, you need to know why.  You need to continue to push for more testing.  In the end, that is the only answer.
