Feeling lost on Cit

I've been trying to get off Cit for 4 months. Doing it slowly and I'm down to 10 mg's. Been there for 5 weeks. 3weeks ago I caught a bad flu bug and now I have a cold. I continue to work out daily but I do feel horrible. I feel spaced out, ringning in one ear and my stomach is feeling jumpy. My appetite isnt the greatest either. I also tried taking vitamins also. Anyone have any idea of what this is???? Dont know if its the almost gone cold, or the low dose of Cit. Any advice wouls be appreciated.

How quick have you been tapering off of it? Like 20-15-10 Because I'm pretty sure there is a liquid form that helps with tapering. But honestly if you've been at 10 for 5 weeks it's probably just your cold.

Just stay with it until your bug has gone.  Don't mess with the dose until your A1

I took cit for 6 months but I took a year to get off it in 2013.  Am back on it again on my 8 th week and feel so great

Hi all. Thanks for the replies. I've been feeling pretty good the last week or so. I'm now down to 5 mg's and will stay there for another week and then hopefully that will be it for Cit. If I need AD's again I will try something else. Cit was a nightmare for me. Wish it wasnt but it is what it is. Just have a slight headache since my kast reduction and thats to be expected. Hang in there ppl. The sun is shining!!!!!! Enjoy yer day!!!!
