first outpatient PT appointment ...

Well I'm happy to say I survived my first PT appointment. I biked, did stairs and....walked without my cane!!! I was afraid but it felt awesome 😊 I hope I feel as good about it tomorrow ... 20 days post op. Peace my friends ❤️

    Got my first PT appointment tomorrow.

    Can't say I am looking forward to it at all.

    Just one more hoop to jump through.

    My PTs in the past have been more trouble than they were worth.
