Completely forgot to take tablet with dinner tonight and it was a over 2 hours before I realised. I was gutted as fat was at the max! Will it still be in my system a bit from previous pills and have an effect?

What you mean fat was at the max😳
I've taken them a couple of hours after.
Once you have been on them a few weeks they are fully in your system and rid any extra fat.

Sorry I meant it was at the max for my meal (around 14g) so was annoyed I'd forgotten tablet to take full advantage! I've been on a week so fx it's in my system. Not that one meal makes a massive difference I guess.
