Fostair inhaler for common flu/virus?

Hello there, so I came down with the flu as it seems. It started on Thursday evening where my throat started being sore and I was feeling tired.  I thought it'd become better by sleep but I woke up worse on Friday. However, on Sunday I started coughing and my chest was ON FIRE. I went to the doc where he examined me, he said he listens nothing wrong on my lungs (I think I had a bit less oxygen, around 90-91 and he prescribed me with Fostair (which i know is for asthma) and Miralust and Xozal. He said that the cough is gonna stay with me for a while. A day after I started using them I felt really tired, sleepy and drowsy all day as well as weak, and my muscles were sore. I have slept for so many hours these days, still feeling tired and light headed. Do you think that those are the side effects? Is it normal that he prescribed fostair for a common cold? Thank you in advance!

    Hello sounds to me its more then a common cold..but if you are worried talk to your doctor again.

      hey, he said that! he said it's the flu but i don't get why he'd prescribe me with fostair..he examined me, he listened to my lungs so if there was anything, he would've known? thanks!
