Hi Alison thank you for that information l paid a visit to my specialist today he said l was doing ok with helping myself swimming etc he said if l had manipulation l would just speed my recovery a little quicker l have to see him in 6 months time for my final decision.

    Hi joan.....FS is a mixed bag. The chronic pain I had was unbearable so happily my MUA stopped that. I hope my FS journey is over in 3 months....good luck ....
