Getting pains in my stomach for about a month now

For about a month, maybe a bit longer but not as frequently before then, I have been suffering from abdominal pains, sometimes I just have it occur naturally other times it can occur when i've eaten something. A lot of the time it can cause me to feel hot and my face can start to sweat. I've also noticed recently that I struggle more now with spicy food, where I never used to, it causes a bad pain and diarrhea. Not sure if thats related, but apart from that my stool is pretty normal and no blood. Can anyone help me with any advice? Thanks.

Sad to hear about your symptoms may be you have allergy from spicy food before i eat alot of spicy food Nd stomach wasfine but now i can not....but i advise you to go to doctor for a check up. Thereis nothing serious but i think you have to do one ECg for the hot sensation and sudden sweating......and the stomach pain will be because of gas but as i Say visit to a doc and do an Ecg of heart and if possible stomach ultra sound.......don't think to much try to become calm

Sounds like IBS.  Avoid spicy foods and keep a food diary.  However, see your doctor to rule out other causes.

These things can just happen. U could be to hydrated or u can be to de-hydrated. The tummy pain could just have no reason but it is still there. There is something called a medical model, some people fit in to the theary of the medical model but some people don't. The medical model is something that doctors r taught in med school. They're taught that u have a test, it's more likley than not that it will show something up, then docters will take you to surgery or give you a specialist medicine. With the rare times that nothing shows up on a scan your symptoms are called non specified symptoms but ii doesent mean that your mental. For example I have something called Amplified Muscular scalital pain syndrome and your delt by a Rumertolergist but ik that some docters will call you mental but that's not the case. There is not eneph reasurch been done and today's doctors are very over rated!!!!
