Does it mean something is wrong if u had mucus in your stool

    Not necessarily. I've had mucous on and off and have had a colonoscopy done which exams the health of the bowel and the bowel is healthy. Combined with other symptoms it may have some significance. Do a search and see what's out there on the web. Check the sources of the info though. You can't believe everything that comes up.

    I get this if i've not moved bowels for 2 or 3 days or if i have a lot of dairy.

    Probably nothing to worry about as mucous is the badys way of saying something is inflammed just like in you nose when you have allergies or a cold!
