hard Lymph nodes in groin ??

Hello there im a 23 y/o male, basically i had a severe infection on my knee which finally started clearing up around 2-3 months ago, the infection itself lasted for about 2 months. During this time the lymph nodes in my right groin area were swollen and very tender. They have gone down a bit and no longer hurt but i can still feel 2-3 shotty nodes in the area which are hard and dont move that much. Just wondered if this is normal? I'm pretty sure i could feel the some nodes before this in the area anyway as i have one or two on the other side which i can feel. I also live with 2 other male friends who both said they can feel the nodes in there groin anyway.

    How long its been since you had the goin lymph nodes, its not normal.

    Have it checked out.

      Since the infection. But ive asked a few people i know and they said they can feel the nodes in there groin aswell?
