Chest discomfort and anxiety YES!! I hate the chest pains I always think I'm having a heart attack which then starts the anxiety and so on and so on.

Yes that anxiety is a beast! That chest discomfort has landed me in the ER a time or two thinking it was my heart. It has always been just the anxiety playing up though. That anxiety can really do a number on you!

    Dear misty

Yes I wake up with a funny heady head some days, I think the allergies dont help, watery heavy eyes too. I have days where I feel anxious and have had panic attacks out of the blue which are scary! I still feel uncomfortable waiting in a shop queue and want to escape out the door x

Yes not so much the headache but chest discomfort I sleep in my stomach a lot but lately have not been able to seems like maybe gas pushes up I don't know but our muscles in the chest are fragile and when we move a certain way we pull in them like when I went swimming oh lord I paid for that I believe it's just a part of our horrible life of menopause

Yes I experience a lot of chest discomfort too and sometimes when it's really bad I go to the ER to make sure is not my heart. I wake up with sensitivity in my chest area often. My doctor said that it was acid reflux related. I do take Prilosec and it seems to be helping.
