Has anyone noticed that their heart rate has increased since having Chronic Fatigue ! Especially resting heart rate ! Many Thanks

    Yes I have noticed my heart racing even when Iam going to sleep.Ive been suffering bouts of severe fatigue since about June 2016 only recently got GFconfirmed so explains my fatigue ,any tips on managing fatigue would be great ,it hits me suddenly so much that ican barely move . So the heart racing must also be another symptom of this terrible syndrome.

      Thankyou so much for answering , so far it's about pacing yourself and stopping before you get tired . Was asking on behalf of my 15 year old so I'm afraid we're are just starting on this nightmare journey . Good Luck but their site has many amazing people who are suffering with CFS too who have helped us already so much x

      Yes ,I've learnt so much from here already too,it's great too know your not alone ,people who haven't had it have no idea ,even my boss says just keep going it's probably from moscitos!! I feel like printing off some of the people's stories off here and telling him to read it .
