Help me? Do I have heart disease or is it just health anxiety?

i have been diagnosed with health anxiety but lately my chest and heart has been aching on and off for 2 days and I am really worried I'm only 13 and I'm terrified of dying, my mum said I will be fine but I don't believe her. Please help x (sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place) x

    Don't be worrying I also have health anxiety and I have had it since around 13 years old (now 24) it is just anxiety playing tricks with your mind into worrying! I do it all the time! I was convinced I had something up with my heart and had a heart scan and ECG test done and everything was fine! I still have heart palpitations and still worry something is up with my heart even though I've had tests to prove nothing is up! It's all part of anxiety and I know it is so horrible! Do try some counselling or relaxation techniques and exercise also helps! Please don't worry!

    Definitely health anxiety!!!  You are 13 years old, your hormones are going up and down,  You're not going to die, you are just sufering from anxiety!!!  All quite normal.

    No, its anxiety. You urgently need professional help. Talk to your doctor, your teacher, phone social services. Don't do nothing.
