honestly i don't know a specific amount. However, when i'm relapsing and losing 4+ protein a day, i try and eat a whole can of baked beans a day - half for breakfast and half for lunch or dinner. It's every easy and gives you peace of mind that at least something healthy is going in.
Otherwise i'll snack on nuts, eat an egg every other day, and eat meat every evening - fish or red meat.
I also take a multi-vitamin every day. Again, peace of mind knowing that i've some of all the vitamins and minerals my body needs in order to be able to effectively absorb the foods i eat.0 Report this reply to lewisanderson42...
I mean, dont eat a burger everyday, or steak everyday. but as long as you excersise everyday for at least an hour then you can eat chicken, beans, soy, egg whites, oatmeal. and of course vitamins. i take C, and D. a handful of almonds or a piece of fruit. veggies have protein as well that is good for you. so do that.0 Report this reply to rehchandan
