Yes of course you want your life back thats understandable and you need the right meds to do this.
Even though your scan is clear you can still get migraines or cluster headache and for a long period of time too.
Are you seeing a specialist headache Neuro? It will make a difference and he can even arrange specialist MRI scans that pin point on certain areas to detect anything that maybe wrong.
what other than headache are your symptoms Sarah? Is it one sided, all over, eye problems or any other symptom.
We are all here to support you, so just come on and chat, somebody will get back to you with support and possibly what you should consider.
Take care and best wishes

Hello sorry I thought I commented on anther post. The the past 6 months my head has been like there tightness and spasms sort of things it's very hard to explain really. I suffer with anxiety too now which doesn't help. They've been treating me for sinusitis but nothing seems to be helping and the spaceNess is it there its a horrible feeling. The amount of time 's I've been to the doctor is mad. I've been told to go see a physiotrist but that is all. I've had scans and everything comes back normal

Sinus seems a bit like a misdiagnosis especially as its been going on for 6 months. Seeing a psychiatrist might help rule out things and you can put your mind at rest too. I had to see one also as well as seeing a neuro.
If you are in a lot of pain, consider sumatriptan, you can get it in tablet, injection or a nasal spray version, I use it and it really helps.
Keep in touch with your progress Sarah.
Best of luck
