HRT and Agnes cactus

Hi

After trying 5 types of hrt and patches I am thinking of trying another and using Angus cactus to reduce the premenstrual type symptoms. These include bloating , eating highsugar foods which I would not normally consume, and feeling very angry and annoyed all the time.

Has anyone any experience of this.

Hi I'm in the same boat as you!. I've just started HRT (be week 3). On patches, and my mood swings are awful, snappy, very foul mood,  most the time!!

ive looked into Angus cactus and also Macca but I'm extremly caution as taking HRT and combining? If there would be any effects?

i don't really won't to Yale ssri's but if worst comes I will try but I'm looking also at these products?

sorry not much help but in the same situation!.

Bioidentical hormones are much safer than HRT!!!

    Look into it.

I take them and I'm doing well on them.

Where and how do you get the bhrt? My GP wasn't able to prescribe them.

You need to see a holistic doc. I see a qualified doctor but he treats holistically (naturally). I know in some countries these kinda docs don't exist. Otherwise it would be a naturopath?? I'm in Western Australia. My mum has same predicament (who to see) as they don't have holistic docs in uk it seems either?? dr peat who specialises in this field recommends one. U can probably get them off internet but it's trusting the source and how to administer (dose and when to take).

You must have a saliva test to determine levels of hormones.

      Good luck dom
