Oh god yes! I don't know if it's related to the AS though, but I've always had dry eyes since my early 20s. I don't know if this is usually a symptom of AS or not. I know iritis is for sure (inflammation of the eye). About 40% of people with AS suffer from iritis. I have had it 7 times in 4 years. If you haven't had iritis, dry eye is a walk in the park compared to it ;-) Have u mentioned this to your doc? I use lubricating drops daily.

I have dry eyes almost every day. I thought it was just allergies but my optometrist said AS can cause the tear ducts to become blocked and not lubricate the eyes correctly. Over the counter eyes have helped when this happens or a warm compression on the eyelid will elevate the problem most times for me.

I asked my gp and she thought it may be the humira anyway she gave me artificial tears as a gel and as drops they work really well
