I hope one of you reading this is able to give me a answer.
I'm a young adult 19yrs of age, for the last year nearly 2 years I have felt so unwell and just not myself. Everyday I wake up and something is just not right. Most mornings I am waking up nervous and feeling sick. I'm suffering with headaches almost everyday, I don't remember the last time I had any energy and it's all really putting a downer on my life. I am so young and I couldn't possibly think of anything worse than to live a long life like this.
Before anyone asks I've already had bloods taken and the GP has looked for visible illnesses however they don't have anything they think is worrying they've just said it's anxiety. However I don't agree I've never been an anxious person until the last 2 years due to feeling so unwell. I fear everyday when the next rush of unpleasant feelings are going to come and I can't enjoy any activity because I just feel very vague and 'not normal'..can anyone relate!? I'm so desperate for some sort of help or advice ??

Hi erin.. its good to know that your blood tests came back normal.. Its frustrating when you feel as though you have to be your own Dr.. Could be a number of things causing the discomforts & making itself appear as symptoms of 1 complaint.. Just a few things to consider 1) vitamins & minerals - supplements, diet etc., you may be low in trace elements.. 2) hormonal changes.. 3) anemia.. 4) thyroid .. Throwing in an idea of consulting with a health consultant OR making a return to GP (perhaps another Doctor if you were not happy with the one you seen last time) Im sorry that you have had to deal with this for so long & not knowing what was wrong or its causes. Pretty frustrating for you erin.. Wish you well
