Here it goes {long story short}:

I am 18 yo gay man who is a bottom. It is normal for gay men to have anal sex when they make love and all. Except that i unfortunatelly can't.

Somehow, as much as i am physicaly active and eat healthy and have regular stool. when i have sex, it always is dirty. Like a lot.

Later i found put for enema. Tried that. Clean for 5 minutes and then it gets same and even WORSE. I dont know any, but like any other gay guy with a problem like mine. I can't have sex. I can't have a boyfriend or ormal life because of this and i am desperate, lonely and depressed. I dont know what to do? Like there is always fecces inside of me even if i go to bathroom every day at same time mostly. Like there always stays fecces in my bowel (lower rectume to be exact) and it is destroying my life. Is it phisical about my bowels or do i need to have laxatives or what? I am despeate for help and have noone to talk to about this. Please someone help me if You can. Thanks.

    Hi there,

The problem may be prolapse and the best advice may be to start strengthening your anal muscles daily (look up pelvic floor exercise its the same technique with the anal part)

It sounds to me that you may have some prolapse issues and irrigation may help you to remove faeces.

You may be able to buy a Qufora irrigation system on Amazon to clear faeces from anal canal.

I am not a doc but you may need to see a colorectal specialist. Good luck

So sorry you having such a horrible time! I really think you need to see a specialist, find out what exactly is going on. You are much too young to be feeling so miserable! Don't be alone, get yourself referred asap, worrying won't be helping. Good luck and let us know how you get on!
