Sorry to hear the pain you are going through, I have no answers except you should try contacting Vasculitis UK on the internet they are very good, also there is a group on Facebook.  I am sure you will get all the help you need, I have.  There are many people on there to help you, there also is a free help line staffed with sufferers and also ex nurse etc.  I too have a form of Vasculitis and these groups/sites have helped me.  Take the move and contact them.  Remember you are not alone and there are people on there to help etc.

The Vasculitius UK Group is run by an Ex Dentist and his Wife, he suffers himself with Wegners so you will be in good hands.

    Hope this helps?

Yep the pain is excruciating and should be helped with pain meds, also it can be a symptom that you need to get to the GP etc because you are in a flair, but I don't know about your disease so I cannot know for sure.  Please contact them or contact your GP or help.

    Best wishes.

Im sorry to hear that you have Beurgers. I got sick in Aug. 2013. Some of my fingers turned pitch black and green. I had my mddle finger partially amputated in march 2016. Dec 20 2016 i have to go back as it did not heal properly. Surgeon doesnt know if he has to cur nerves and tendons, or take more of my finger. My feet are also effected, as well as my toes. It feels like they are frost biten most of the time. I have also been having issues withe back of my knee and down the back of my calf. I just an ABI test done. Vascular specialist say there is nothing he can do. Its all very painful, and quite depressing. Im curious to hear more about your knee, and just your situation in general. I hope to hear from you.

Hi there, im really sorry to read that you suffer from this disease, ive been diagnosed about 3 months ago, im a pack a day smoker and after a vacation trip i started feeling my hands itch, at first i thought it was some kind of allergic reaction to some bug bite or something but then the itch and pain start to spread to other fingers and the palm of my hand i tried Allegra for the allegric reaction i thoiught i had but the next morning my other hand started to itch, i went to the hospital and got very lucky cause i found this vascular surgeon (the only one in my country) who in a matter of 20 miin came with the diagnosis, she is amazing, she gave me Dexketoprofen trometamol (Enantyum) for the swolen and the pain and she also gave me Cilostazol a vasodilator that works by relaxing the muscles in your blood vessels to help them dilate (widen) in a matter of a week i was symptoms free. The bad is that im a bit stuborn on quitting smoke but after reading all the risks that Buergers has im thinking very seriously to start quitting, im not sure how im gonna do it but i will. I discover this forum and find some info from a guy in the US who is the best treating hard cases of Buergers, i hope this help you:
