Start cutting out things in your diet and add back things from the FODMAP diet, then research what you definitely should not eat with IBS try certain foods and I've learned to never overindulge in anything.

My GP reccomended FODMAP diet, so you may be interested. Copied this from the International ...Gut Disorders (IFFGD) website - it would be worth getting your GP/doctor to refer you to a dietician:

''A wide number of health benefits have been attributed to some FODMAPs, which stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.

The “Low FODMAP diet” is not a “No FODMAP diet” and it is not a “lifetime diet.”

The low FODMAP diet requires the expert guidance of a dietician trained in the area.

After 6–8 weeks on the diet, review your progress with the dietician who will advise which foods (and how much) can be gradually re-introduced into your diet. wide number of health benefits have been attributed to some FODMAPs, which stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.

Sounds like you have IBS! but need to go to the doctor to conifrm...Stress and anxiety makes the symptoms worse so try to de-stress your life as much as you can.
