Sorry for posting here but. I went to the doctor suspecting I was having a heart attack but the doctors did an EKG and normal test and said everything was normal and my BP was a little higher than normal please help this is worrying me deeply

My wife had several ECG'S and they all said she was fine,next minute she has a heart attack.
Do not trust any test,get some more just to be sure,or see a different doctor.
By the way,I am not suggesting you will have a H.A.

Mate I have a similar thing and I put it down to anxiety as I have never experienced it before and I've also never had anxiety either so the two add up. You don't need to panic to feel anxiety and in regards to your thoughts, if suggest getting off the internet because the more I research, the more scared I get and eventually be even more stressed out. I'm also 18 and its definenlty anxiety for sure
