Irregular heartbeat

Is it normal to have an irregular heartbeat sometimes on its own with no symptoms while having anxiety? Should I worry cause sometimes it lasts for nearly an hour.

    Hi Zara,

    pare you on Meds?  They can definitely give you an irregular heart beat for the first few months. Very common side effect.

      Thanks for the reply. I was on medication for about 2 and a half months and then I just stopped taking them. I've been off them nearly 3 weeks now I think.

    I'm going to the doctors to ask this today so will let you know what they say!!
