Is Cocoa Butter or Cocoa Oil the best home remedy for removing HS scars in groin/buttock area?

Just wondered if anyone had achieved success of reducing HS scars with Cocoa Butter or Cocoa oil (and if so which is best)- or other home remedies? x

    I don't think that's the best idea... I've been using Sulpher soap and after drying off I use 99% Aloe Vera Gel for pain and Healing

    I would avoid using any really greasy creams in areas where I had HS flare-ups. The last thing you want to do is clog one of those pores or hair follicles and trigger another flare-up. I find that for scaring, Mederma scar cream helps tremendously. Also, during flare ups to prevent scaring, Neosporin helps quite a bit as well. Hope this helps.
