Hi my dose has gone upto 225mg,8 days now. I'm struggling to get out of bed ..I'm just pulling myself together now, cnt get motivated ehat so ever .
from having to use zopiclone to sleep,the past 4 nights I havnt had too. Will this start to wear off in a few weeks ..I feel so depressed actually needing so much sleep . Thankyou.

Iv just googled it. People say it's a short term side effect .. lots of tiredness & no motivation. . At least a month ?? I need a cleaner & a nanny for a month then.. not good ..thanks for your advice x

Hi Sharon.
I was wondering how you are and how much you're sleeping. I'm exactly the same. Sleep is all I want. Day and night. It's a real struggle to be enthusiastic about anything. I am trying to reduce my dose but either way I think about sleep. ??
iys an absolute struggle to take care of my family. The place is a mess and the kids notice how mum is always so tired. ??
