This person fell from 3 story building 20 yrs back and now he forgets things and frequently has a head ache at the back side and left side above the ear. If not then what could be the reason and is this symptoms of any brain injury?

Have they had a head scan?

Not yet but before doing scan just want to confirm. If there is clot then what symptoms could be there.

If he thinks he has a blood clot he should be seeking medical attention immediately. Symptoms would be headache, dizziness, possibly seizures, confusion, difficulty speaking, personality changes, TIA.....

Another possibility is that he had a concussion after the fall which is now manifesting itself. There has been a lot more awareness of this more recently by medics and I believe research is being done to look into it.

I had a stroke which was caused  by a blood clot. You need to  get an MRI URGENTLY. This will tell you immediately, what damage may have occurred, or put your mind at rest once and for all.

    Do it NOW!
