Itchy eye lashes!!!

Hello, so for the past year I've had on and off really sore, really itchy eye lashes, they're so annoying that it makes me pluck them out because I feel like they need to be pulled out or it'll drive me crazy!

I've tried buying an eye wash solution which is meant to treat blepharitis but that doesn't seem to work, I've tried changing make up, not wearing make up, using face wipes to remove make up before I sleep but it's not working sad

If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it!! Thank you

    Hi

IT sounds like dry eye syndrome.

Have u been seen by an eye specialist?

PESONALLY I would avoid putting any solution or chemmicals into your eyes. These can worsen the problem due to allergic reactions etc.

Hi Rebecca99923: I would wash my eye with cold water as many times as you could, also make some very light salt water and close your eyes and wash your eye with it and it will stop the itchy in your eyes. also my advice to you is do not use any type of make up for now this will cause more itchy eyes, also some of eye wash solution do contain bacteria due to being for too long on the shelf. also do not make your home to hot or using heating iron for your hair or using dryer for your hair. all these will cause your eye to be dry and itchy and red. Try to drink lots of water. hope all thse information will help you to ease your problems and good luck.

you can use tobradex eye oint at bed time for 10 days.but you should rub it to lid margin and eyelash roots then wash with baby shampoo and hot water on the morning . you can use the eyelash comb to remove the crusts if any.
