ITCHY VULVA / ANUS yeast or eczema? PLZ HELP

i got my very 1st yeast infection they gave me diflucan to take for a day the burning inside had went away but the itch REMAINED i went back and they found nothing(i kept going back without any solution given) until they gave me a pass to go see a specialist (A year later though!)We actually had our appointment over the phone 1st and she said it was eczema she gave me clobetasol to apply 2 times a day but IT MADE it worse my vulva started to peel, it was red 10x itchier and just ugly.I emailed her right away and told me to stop using it, so then we had our appointment so she can see what was going on.She did a swab on the red skin and it was yeast ( i guess clobetasol was a reason why i got it) so she gave me difuclan for a week to take the redness went away, but my anus was still red (BUT MY VULVA AND ANUS WERE STILL ITCHY)   i went back to see her, she did another yeast culture/swab and found nothing this time.I was fed up so i mentioned a biposy, she said  this could possibly be Lichen simplex chronicus  and that 1st yeast infection might of triggered the non stop itching (the yeast infection i had a YEAR AGO)She gave me ANOTHER OINTMENT to take

Im tired of these dam ointments she even prescribed me anti depressants to take at night.

The ointment is called PROTOPIC OR Tacrolimus. It seemed to help A BIT but lately i just feel uncomfortable not sure if its the side effects (1st week of using it about to go on 2nd week).After looking online i found 2 girls who had the same problem NON STOP itching and used protopic and the itch vanished so i had some hope it would work for me. But now i dont,know im ready to throw the towel if this doesnt work i dont know what to do anymore

wish i could get hit by a train this is so depressing! just want my life back

    Jade have you been on alot or any antiobatics before,after,or during the itching episodes?I ask this because this happened to me a few times after doses of antiobatics...I was going crazy due to the itching..nothing worked for me.I finally went to a natralpathic Dr.he talked to me about how antiobatics strip our system of the good bacteria we need to function well....we have good and bad bacteria ...the antiobatics strip the system of all bacteria and when we are stripped of the good bacteria,it usually causes yeast infections in the vagina,anus,and or mouth and stomach.This sounds crazy but my cure was.....yougart..hope I spelt that correctly... smile After I started eating the yougart 3 times a day all the itching stopped,and the yeast infections left.Dr said my body was balanced again.Alot od colic in new babies is also from not enough good bacteria in their stomachs..strange but so true...good luck give it a try no loss.

      No i was never on antibiotics,and went to the Dr many times and recently no yeast has been found.

      It could be eczema down there but I'm not sure yet since i got my biopsy done last week on friday and waiting for results.

    Hello, I have been having same problem started in labia and on the side of my vulva, I've been blaming my sling doctor says its not the sling. I'm at a loss had 3 biopsies and come back normal its now down to anus above clitoris , I've been to obg yn, family doc Noe I see a vulva dermintoligist and still no relief puts me on 3800 mg of gabapentin it helps but god help me when it wears off. I am at my wits end tired of crying , no sex , itching till I bleed, I just made appt with allergist we will see what happens 😥

      i just got my biopsies results back and everythings is ''normal''

      I dont know what else to do i keep itching to a point were it even feels sore.Now my Gyno is telling me to get treated for lice 'down there' aka crabs like are you kidding me ? i dont see any lice on my pubes never have.Im still using protopic (ointment 0.1%)  it seems to help it calm down but some days it flares up with intense itching she also told me to take anti depressants, i was thinking it could be the foods like spicy foods or foods that contain a lot of sugar, im trying to start the diet and see if i see any changes.How did it go with the allergist?

      Hello I don't see allergist till end of September, I'm also gonna try no sugar diet as well starting Monday. I just can't imagine these doctors can't figure this out.

      Hi  there hows it going how did it go with the allergist?

      I now have an appointment with a dermatologist but i will have 2 mention i want to be tested for any food alergies ive read it can cause itching down there if youre eating foods that youre allergic to.I also started the diet its my 3rd week i dont eat no sugar or anything that contains gluten and the itch hasnt gone away but it has subsided

      Hello , I went to allergist he put Mr on another medicine like Valium, all these meds are making tired and ssick I've caused a severe infection so that's getting better but they don't know , the gluten free did not help I'm do overwhelmed

      surrounding areas. No cure but it is very manageable with the

      proper treatment! I now use my ointment maybe once a month.

      No my Specialist prescribed me an ointment called PROTOPIC  it gives me SOME relief although ive seen other women being cured after using it. but im going to eliminate all gluten and sugars ive seen some women who got cured after doing it,Ill also take probiotics and Antifungals.  I hope its my cure

    Hi ..i also got itchy and redness at my vulva also at my anus. The doctor has no idea about it until i found out my son and daughter got pinworm! Pinworm also can cause itchy at anus and vulva especially vaginitis! The doctor adviced all family member treat the pinworm with vermox to clear the pinworm. I hope this can help u .

      How long did you have the itch for?

      And did it go away completely?

      Been ages..God Willing after the doctor advised me to take piworm medicine the itchy and burning at anus and vulva gone... I also got yeast infection (thrush) during taking antibiotik.. What i did was i take yogurt then.

      Try read about pinworm/threadworm. It can cause vulvovaginitis -itchy,redness,burning
