I've been having this uncomfortable feeling under my ribs on the left side for almost 2 months now. I've also had different BMS everyday almost sometimes it will be regular sometimes diarrhea and sometimes constipated. I've never had a fever since this started. The pain kind of feeling like burning at times and other times it just feels weird and uncomfortable. I don't want to see a GI or have an endoscopy done. So can some one please help me try and figure this out?

You might want to get checked - sounds like you have some irritable bowel issues and your left rib pain could be nothing but gas. Have you tried an antacid? Do you have a history of digestion issues? Have you ever had a pancreas or gallbladder issue? My best advice would be a check up with your regular internal medicine doctor and go from there. I can understand your reluctance for testing, etc, but early detection is paramount if you have an issue. Good luck and please get checked.

I'm having the same issue. I did have my gallbladder out, so that's not it for me. I think mine is either gas, because I've been constipated, or my pancreas. I am having a endoscopy and a colonoscopy in a week however. Hopefully get a diagnosis. You really should too!

Your symptoms may be IBS.  I have IBS and get a constant sore stomach, heartburn, constipation and sometimes loose stools.  I also have had nausea.  However, other things will need to be ruled out first so you may need tests from your doctor if he/she is unsure about your symptoms.

I had an ultrasound, stool tests, and a celiac blood test which were all negative.  If everything is ruled out, IBS can be diagnosed.

I think you should see a specialist to be honest, espcecially if this has been going on this long. I've had similar issues with constipation and feeling an uncomfortable feeling under my ribs as well. I found out it was due to constipation and gas buildup.
