Large Lump Of Lower Penis Shaft

I have had a large lump on my lower left penis shaft for around 5 days now. It hurts when I try to squeeze it. I am 15 years old now and am scared to tell anyone.  I do masturbate quite often and I have shaved. I have not had any sex.

      Any follow up info? I seem to have something similar ... but mine seems to be a pimple since it has a white spot in the middle like pipes usually do ......

    I believe you have an ingrown hair or an infected follicle.  I got the same thing when I was your age.  I squeezed them like pimples. (Doing that will teach you the meaning of pain.) The gunk would come out and then they'd be healed and fine in a few days. You should most probably see a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment though.  Also, use a water soluble lube when you pleasure yourself.

      I think you're probably right, but I'd still get it checked out, either at a GP, or a GUM (genitourinary medicine) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

      Patient.info is UK-based, so most men posting here are intact, which probably means they don't use any lube btw.

    It's either an ingrown hair or a sebaceous cyst.

    I had a small sebaceous cyst removed from a similar location a few months ago.
