I am currently on Lexapro 20 mg and have severe anxiety and PTSD I'm feeling a lot better on medication but I have a lightheaded dizzy feeling every day so to like my brain has been rattled does anyone else get this all day? Makes me worry I have a brain tumour and sets my anxiety off high

Is light headed a side effect of your medication? That's pretty common. Is it possible for you to my a doctors appointment to check for a braim tumor.
